Elite facilities but you feel many things arent the right way 90 % of the hospital staff is one nationality (known for sure) This isnt giving the cultural varieties needed in a such huge place in an Arab country Staff are reluctant to help you so fast even if you are their only customer ! Elevators are too many but all the time you should wait a lot till you reach your needed place ! Wait a lot to get your car also

Too much waiting... We had to wait almost one and a half hours to get a x-ray done and there were only two patients before us. There is no value for time here...this is the second time we are having like this experience... We will never be visiting here again...i wouldnt recommend this hospital to anyone who has the slightest bit of value for time...an horrible experience...

Doctors are co-operative but problem with staff. They dont know which insurance covers or not... my wife is going from last 8 months and every time they said we didnt cover this insurance and each time we fight with their insurance dept. and then after 15min they remember everything.
