What an cool place to visit! The love and passion the team has for Falcons is clear. Hassan was an excellent host, very patient, and knowledgeable. Tour starts off with a few keys facts about falcons, followed by a tour of the facility with several close up interactions with falcons. Highly recommend!

I have never ever experienced service like I experienced at the falcon hospital. It was extraordinary! My favourite falcon was involved in a drive by shooting in a rather seedy part of town 30km west of Abu Dabe. The details are a bit muddled, but lets just say he shouldnt have hooked-up with that hot little parrot from Aladdin. Anyway he was given the best care ever especially by nurse Shwarma who took extra special care of his plume (wink-wink). The most impressive thing was when the doctor suggested we remove and replace his barely damaged beak with a razor sharp depleted uranium tipped one. The cost of $150,000 USD was barely what we spent on a used Rolls earlier that day when we had to take a leak while shopping. The bullets from the shooting where later used to make a necklace for my wife as a reminder of what happens to the unfaithful. Thank you Falcon Hospital, you are the best!

Saturday 30 July, 2016. Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital (ADFH) Pet Care Center opened at 9am and I was there right after that. Im standing in front of 2 receptionist and none of them offers to assist so I ask to see a vet urgently as my cat is in a critical condition. I am asked to wait so she can finish her paper work, she said. I have never seen a cold hearted woman as this. Junk food areas offer better service. Meanwhile, people are coming to collect their pets from boarding and no one is waiting for the vet. I follow up again, she asks for my ID. When I asked why, she said its procedures which I asked to see. She was unable to provide any sort of policy and she said that she has referred my case to the supervisor. After waiting for 45 min, I still have no response and no appointment for a CRITICAL CASE!!! MY CAT IS DYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gave her my ID and asked to still see the policy. Im asked to signed 2 documents. First one is the normal no-hospital-liability which I signed and the other that the fees have explained to me. What fees have you explained to me, I asked? This is signed AFTER consultation if further treatment is required. And I ask to see the manager again. The simple answer was, the manager does not want to see you and if you refuse to sign, you are free to leave. I left and took my cat to another vet, which was seen and admitted to critical care in 5 minutes. My baby cat did not make it and passed away today Sunday 31/07/2016.
