Had appointment for my 2 year old daughter, for eye clinic. Dr. Marwa who is the only pediatric ophthalmo simply didnt show up. Very poor place, unprofessional!!

We booked first appointement but Dr. Marwa did not show up to her schedule and didnt bother to call the staff to apologize to her patients to come. So unprofessional. Very poor customer service: neither the staff nor the reception have informed us that the doctor is not yet in the clinic until we left after 20 min of waiting.
