katia turkWorst experience ever, we arrived with ill family and the the nurse revused to check her blood pressure before the doctor come, and the receptionist was busy talking to his friends and delayed the registration, tried to complain and no one listen, non of them spoke in a friendly or respected way. that was in Emergincy the complain office also didnt do anything for us last time to go to mafraq hospital im sure i will find hospital that care and be friendly

Mukesh ChandranWhat to tell this is not hospital...no one came here for watching tv or using wifi, please take care of patients especially in Emergency department. Please go and refer another hospitals in the world. I am from india, so i know if some one go there for emergency with in 10 minutes he get treatment. No need to wait there for hours and hours. If it is not an emergency case please refer to another hospital. No need to put on waiting and if we wait we can see some VIP goes direct to emergency department.

Mohamad HamzaSome doctors behave like kids, if you told them "are you sure?" they will be angry and leave you in the room then they will send you to another doctor. The specialities departments wont answer phone calls, only the main reception answer calls.

يحيى خبازهMy heart rate was 190 and I was told at ER vital Signs that it is only 100 imagine I was told to go back home and if I did it I wouldnt write now anything.......The nurse was laughing and as I hold a cheap insurance I was moved to the slaughter house Building B which is for Expat who has cheap insurance where 10 bids at least served by one GP...........after walking between two buildings I was admitted as fall Risk as my heart wanted to explode.......Imagine what hospital is that? Please think twice before you got there..........

mohamed .abdulkadirI wouldnt call it a hospital its a human slaughter house. Wat can j say poor care , shortage of physicians, inexperienced practicing nurses , high rates of "medical errors". Not to mention the emergency section its horrendous.

خالد المطروشيمستشفى عندهم دكاتره ذو خبره بس مشكله في باركنات و مبنى قديم وايد يعني تروح الطوارئ عادي تنتظر 3 ساعات لين يشوفك الدكتور مشكله انه حالات بسيطه مفروض يحطون دكتور يداوم يشوفه و يعطينه داواء ما يحتاج سرير افتتاح مستشفى المفرق الجديد ( مدينة شخبوط الطبية ) راح يحل مشاكل وايد و يزيد كفاءات طبيه و قلل من مدة الانتظار و مواعيد

R BTLack of doctors, they kept my father in emergency for long. The specialist came 3 hours after his admission. Its a good hospital and they do care about their patients but they need more doctors and more rooms. مستشفى كبيرة و مزودة بأحدث الأجهزة رغم أنها قديمة و لكن يوجد نقص واضح في عدد المختصين و الأطباء خصوصاً في قسم الطوارئ .. ستكون المستشفى أفضل بزيادة عدد الغرف في قسم الطوارئ و زيادة عدد الأطباء المناوبين
