    Worst experience i went to meet urology department. i took prior appointment to avoid delay but when i was reched i feel there is no use of appointment. No one to guide the pecient each pecient is rushing doctors cabin without permission and appointment.

    Reception staff will never give you the appointment with the best doctors. They will try first to fix you with new doctors who dont have good experience. You need to ask consistently for it. They will always say doctors appointment is full. Search through Internet by the name of experienced doctors and then go to this hospital. This may give you a better experience with this hospital. Facilities are good here. Best of luck

    sorry, but experienced bad service two times. 1. may be qualified, but not professional nurses and front desk - especially the lady staffs.( Way of talking and behavior) 2. preference given to some other patients (without appointment, was not an emergency) in pediatrics while I was waiting for my sons turn. The doctor could have gone out to take care of the VIP patients, but not in front of the waiting patients. Had to raise my voice unfortunately, because they tried to stop me to give preference to the other patient. Hospital has taken my feedback and I have told them the incidents, not sure how they behave now to the public. It wont bother them as long as 1000s of patients are going there and noone talk about the bad experience they had. Anyway I and my family arent going there anymore (after the second incident) for more than a year. Happy now!!

    Over all a good service, its going to b a prime location where lots of poor people (labours) walking in hence physical guidance would be much appreciated as they lack in languages.

    Took my son to pediatrics. went in the evening and it was quite busy with 2 doctors only. recommend to increase the waiting area space for pediatrics section. as i went the first time had to register and the customer service lady mistakenly "assumed" im an indian and spoke in malayalee. they also wrongly entered my nationality details as "indian" whereas im a Sri Lankan. staff should never assume things but must always confirm either verbally or via provided ID.this was especially so since I had provided the Emirates ID with the nationality clearly mentioned on the card. With regards to the doctor, however, she was really good and caring and smiling just how a pediatric should be in spite of having quite a few patients and being sick herself. kindly take note of these suggestions to improve/enhance your services further by training front line staff. all the best! one more thing- improve parking facilities

    My personal experience is very bad! More cost and less quality!!!! Once I went for treating wart on my thumb, doctor made surgery 2 times and it came back...all my money and effort wasted!! Hell lot pain also!! In another hospital they finished it in minutes! Another experience regarding their lab... Cost is triple than others and result is very poor!! Both Musafah and auh branches sucks!!

    Doctors take no responsibility of their patient even if you call them a couple of times and they fail to return your call. Its there right to not call back. The rules keep changing as per the doctors convenience. If the doctor is not available, the reason given is he/she is surgeon and you have to wait and you cannot bind the doctor to the appointment time. The complaint process is not transparent and no reference number is given for follow-up. The website for Abu Dhabi doesnot work. Appointments are not given with the best doctors. The assistants are too busy talking amongst themselves. I want to raise a serious complaint against them but Abu Dhabi doesnot have any organization for the benefit of patients.

    I called for dentist appointment today but the nurse which who talk the phone her talking style is very bad no manners for talking. .Management should give proper training for staff for how to talk on phone.

    LIFE LINE HOSPITAL IS V.V.VERY POOR ONLY THEY NEED MONEY, LIFELINE MANAGMENT SHOULD KNOWN : ( HR DEP, ADMIN DEP, OPERATION MANAGER.) AND THEY DONT NOO HOW TO HANDLE THE PATIENTS..??????????
