Andre DabdoubUnbelievable service. On two different random occasions, I called and followed the voice menu. So I pressed 1 for Arabic, the Arabic menu finally got me to a non-Arabic speaking person. If at the outset, such is the service, I wonder how the actual operation is being conducted inside. The reason for my call to make a follow up on an appointment that i had made online and that nobody cared to call me back for confirmation. That says it all. First impressions are the most lasting.

mdmehra1Good infrastructure but very poor coordination, the appointments team is a total disaster. Some of them dont know even what they are talking. When you raise a complaint, they call back and say sorry but nothing we can do for now! Pharmacy waiting time is another disaster, there is one pharmacist after 5 and we wait more than an hour, and the number of patients waiting before me was just 3! Unprofessional and unbelievable. With such a vast infrastructure, I dont understand how they consistently maintain such low level of service!

Khalid MohamedVery very very bad management they dont know the meaning of APPOINTMENT. 1 day before your appointment you will recive a call to change the appointment because of unacceptable excuse then will change again for the same reason and again and again and you will not ever meet the doctor.

Fatema AlHajriI’m ready disappointed and surprised from this unprofessional hospital, I’ve an appointment with Dr. Khadija and I was waiting for 2 weeks and just now a lady call me , “ sorry the Dr, went for annual leave for 3 weeks “ and the closest appointment with her or with any Dr is after 3 weeks , Do u want me to book for you ? Seriously , Seriously, Seriously…oh My GOD , You don’t have a yearly annual leave planned for your Drs ?? Oh My God, I don’t recommend and I will never think to call this unprofessional hospital again It was a mistake and I learnt from it BR, Fatema AlHajri

gareth robertsSpecialist for my injury is great and first class service medically. However the waiting is ridiculous!! Two appointments both over 45mins late when actually seen. Pharmacy took over 30mins to get prescription

مروان الحوسنيمستشفى هيلث بوينت . شبه حكومي يعتبر من أفضل المستشفيات في الشرق الاوسط لعلاج الركب والمفاصل والعظام بشكل عام والاصابات الرياضية بشكل خاص . وكانت مراجعتي لهم مختصة بعملية الرباط الصليبي ويمتاز المستشفى بالعلاج الطبيعي والمختصين به . مرفق صور الصاله الرياضية

Abd Alhمستشفى ممتاز من جميع النواحي وبالأخص دكتور نادر قمة في الاحترام والذوق و Joanne one of the best Nurse ، لكن مسألة المواعيد بعيدة جدا في جميع العيادات، في بعض موظفين منسقين المواعيد يفتقرون الى حسن التعامل والاحترافيه وعدم احتوائهم على المعلومات الكافية وخاصة قسم الأسنان عدم وجود لائحه للاسعار موضحه ، قسم مواعيد الجلديه موظفين المواعيد يفتقرون للاحترافية ، كل الشكر واتمنى التوفيق لكم

snono 2006مستشفى ذو كفاءة عالية وتعامل راقٍ ومتخصصون واستشاريون ممتازين، مواعيدهم بعيدة ولكن ليس في كل الأقسام. الشكر الجزيل لكل من يعمل هناك.

Alsuwaidi Abdullaلا يوجد احترام للمواعيد انتظار اكثر من ساعه، لاتوجد مواقف خاصه لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصه امام المدخل، مواقف النزول والصعود فقط مليئه بالسيارات ولا يوجد بها احد ولا يتم تحريك السيارات، لايوجد بالمستشفى أولويه لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصه ونحن في سنة ٢٠١٧ اتمنى التغيير

خالد المطروشياول شي مواعيدهم بعيده وايد ثاني شي ما يحترمون مواعيدهم يعطونك موعد ساعه 2 الظهر تدخل على دكتور بعده 40 دقيقه ثالث شي موظفات الاستقبال اسلوبهم مو زين يتكلمون من غير نفس رابع شي حتى الرقم اللي محطينه حق الشكاوي محد يرد عليه
