S YemaiAm not sure what VINO NALLAYA the CEO does but this waiting issue should have been solved. I had an appointment at 6:00 and its 7:55 pm and am still waiting to see the doctor , note that this is not my first visit and I get to wait a very long time . I am not recommending this hospital to anyone because of the time management issue which been going on for awhile .

MsRainbow85Doctors are incompetent. Staff very unprofessional. Extremely long wait (more than 1 hour). Unhuman behavior towards sick children. One Dr. told us after waiting for 1hr and 30 minutes that he is suspecting my European daughter has Malaria when she actually just had a cold. The Pharmacists are also veryyy rude and disrespectful.

Ben DoverDoctors are knowledgeable and quite good. Staff is rubbish. You wont be seen at least 30-45 min after your scheduled appointment. They tell you to come early to sit and wait for one hour. Pilipino nurses I found to be rude.

basma waleed0 star hospital. ..only the building is very fansy other wise the stuff is unprofitional I went there with n appointment with Dr Rihanna eygption women doctor after waiting 2 weeks my appointment I went there at my time they let me wait 2 hours and then the Dr came only for 1 minut she was very rude and mody she is women Dr her name again Dr Rihanna very bad attitude she didnt listen to my complain only came for 1minute and she shows unrespect behaviour playing with her phone and became angry when the other nice Egyptian Dr gave me some time listening to my complain she also wanted her to act the same selfish rude way she was ....I am a pt my insurance is paying for her at least 500 dhs for each visit so I have the right to get my time with respect I really expected after all of this waiting time a gd survice but the big nice building will do nothing without good Dr manner and un profitional action she really made me cry and bissed of cause I felt I am just a number she took the diagnostic money then act like realy un educated women .....I will not go back again never
