Nathan BaheruAl SALAMA, Peace which required for patients those who are looking or already under the treatment for any of medical issues . The location very convenient for any one coming form any where in AD in downtown Tourist club area. The faculty is very good and staffs from reception to the doctors are very friendly I have visited this hospital in 1 year for 2nd time and I wonder how they are keeping there good reputations .

Princess Arianne DaleOne guy working in Lab. Doesnt know how to respect the old guy ( patient) . I was there and suddenly he shouted at him telling him to get out.!! Im not the only one who heard it. People waiting outside heard it also. And one more thing watch out for your staffs doing the Xrays!! Tell them to take xrays nicely and carefully!! Not that they will just take one shot even if its not good! And then what will be the result ofcourse the result will show some problem! This is all bs. worst. Fix your staffs attitude!

hassan saidworst staff ever seen in my life. they gave me an appointment and when I reached the hospital they told me that the doctor is blocked from my insurance company (biggest insurance company in Abu Dhabi). They did not offered any solution except for giving me an appointment next week with another doctor without showing any apology or any other action towards the situation. their staff are rude and unable to handle customer frustration.

Lerma MarilaThe staff named Sheriff does not possess professional etiquette. He was very rude! He wants the patient to suffer on their staffs fault. by the way that he wants the problem to be resolved, he wants the patient do something. This is a very traumatic experience. I was treated like a thief! He will also keep on talking even you are still talking! I was really humiliated. Im having a hard time to get over with it.

maanu manjeriThey are not ready to give medical report other than ready for EYE OPERATION. We realised that they are doing business with investment of PANIC. that is why trying to transfer to another better place but unfortunately they are not ready give medical report :(

ali sayedالسلام عليكم حياكم الله اليوم كانت تجربة مع هذه المستشفى وكان سيء للغاية الإدارة والدكتور أيضا ولما أردنا نشتكي عليه لا حصلنا شخص مسئول المسئول رفض يقابلنا وارسالنا للاستقبال وهناك موظفة اشتكينا على الدكتور لأنه اتكلم معنا بوقاحة وبأسلوب لا يليق بدكتور وطلبت اسمه والكارت رفضوا يعطونا كارت له وقلت لهم أخبروني اسمه حتى اشتكي عليه بوزارة الصحة كذبت الموظفة بالاستقبال واخبرتنى أن اسمه شريف بطرس ونظرت على اللوحة بأسماء الدكاترة كلهم طلع اسمه شريف صادق والموظفين بيكذبو والدكتور اتعامل معنا بكل وقاحة وان شاء الله بقدم شكوى عليه وعلى المستشفى بوزارة الصحة وكانت تجربة سيئة جدا مع هذا المكان ولا انصح بالذهاب هناك عن تجربة.
