Tia LeberI noticed that most of the 5-star comments are from men. I prefer using the mens gym because its superior to the womens which is cramped, being 1/4 the size of the mens, the windows are frosted so you cant see out, several pieces of equipment are occupied by woman sitting and texting, and the mens has more functioning equipment. The weekend desk clerks seem to change "policies" willy-nilly, so now after attending the mens gym for a year, women are "no longer allowed in there". (The hours for the womens gym are significantly less than the mens and dont work with my work schedule). In both gyms, the equipment is sticky, and rarely gets sanitized - no tissues or sanitizing spray offered. No drinking water, or towels (not even tissue in the bathroom). If it wasnt in the same building where I live, I wouldnt bother.

WEX texA lot of noise for nothing. Gym is playing night-club style rave music to "motivate" its paying guests. However the ignorant management admitted they couldnt careless about disturbing their neightbours. They have no soundproofing, but keep blasting their dimwitted junior high-school music.

Mohammed AlketbiBe carful . Most of the equipment are not clean and they are sticky some of them are not working. Evening time its too crowded and smell bad ,no napkins no towels at the gym drinking water are not free I asked for a refund they took my number and they ignored me.

V TVVery bad experience before joining the gym. i have been trying to contact them for 2 hours but no response so far. The website is also not workable, it just shows online chatting but no one is there to reply on it. I was wondering to see this that if this is the customer service they have for their new customers then what will be the service after joining the gym. it seems a night miaer to be in touch with them finally I got the reply from Catherine. she gave very good service. I hope the same will be with gym.

soumaia amaneDirty, smells weird, shower is cold, no towels (no problem, wed better bring ours) but no tissue!! Also, sauna is only warm, and steamer always turned off, so it smells like moist fungus town
