Subeesh PuthiyedathLoved it.!! Clean, quiet and a luxurious place at a cheap price. That was amazing. The staffs behaviour was extremely nice. If i am gonna stay in Abu Dhabi again, i am going straight to Hawthorn for sure.

Constant de La ChapelleRoom was clean and comfortable. You can hear everything on the corridor, rather disappointing breakfast. Nice, polite and efficient staff. Decent overall, good location in Abu Dhabi.

Joud AbdullahBad way to welcome guests, no one come to pick up our luggages while checking in, so you had to wait for a long time to find someone. Bad smell in the aisles and rooms. Also, they wrote in the booking page that there are microwave and iron, but we had to ask them to bring those stuffs. I ordered one big Taxi car for family, but they brought two small cars without asking me! Rude behavior!! And also bad Wi-Fi !!! All in all, it was unlucky choice and I will never come back again to this place!

Nina AleksandrovaBEWARE! They advertise that the rooms come with a washing machine, microwave, stove, ect., but after you book they tell you that you have to pay double for those amenities. Instead it felt like they put us in the closet. The only extra in the room was a disgustingly dirty water boiler. Cleaning crew came knocking at 9am. Also, we parked right outside the hotel (which they said was okay) and our car got TOWED.

Saif Al NasibieI cant even say anything .. This place is one of the worst places I stayed in my hole life . Poor internet, Bad service, everything bad that you can imagine. There is even no extra beds when I was there , I just slept on the ground. This hotel is 4 start but my opinion Im sure its doesnt worth 4 stars ,its half a star .
