vary nice experience with reception, i booked for 3 nights, Unprofessional staff, instead of solving the problem of customer they like to fight with them, the philipina lady cris (girl with the spects ) start fighting with me like illiterate 10 yr old kid, even though i am not talking with her she is interrupting my conversation with another receptionist, even the security guard is more polite than ms. cris. thank you for your great hospitality guys.The best thing is i got another hotel ))

Hi. I am a great pizza lover. I ordered pizza from ground floor restaurant in Al-Diar Plaza Hotel. I was totally disappointed and I must say it was the worst pizza I ever had in my life. I and my husband could only have 1 bite out of it. I dont know what kind of cheese they had put in that, I never had such kind of cheese. I thought of returning it back to them but we had taken it as a parcel. I would kindly suggest to change your pizza making recipe, so that it tastes like one . Real Disappointment for Pizza Lovers

I am very pleased with the excellent service & hospitality I received at DANA Hotel on 15th March15 by the staff member named Mr. PUSHPRAJ & the entire team of the Hotel. I invited my friends for get together & had a great fun. Even tough we reached late around 11:30pm Mr. Raj awaited with his team at the coffee shop just to serve us our selection of food & ensured that we received our order timely. Later Mr. Raj assisted us to the pub named TRAP & the front row couch was booked for us with live band playing in front of us. The entertainment was entertaining. All the staff member were attentive & helpful. Thanks Mr. Raj for such outstanding service we experienced at your Hotel. I would highly recommend all the fun lovers to visit Dana Hotel and make their experience WOW!
