Really friendly and helpful staff. It feels like they consider you a family member and do not hesitate to help you further than their duties. Hotel is very nice as well. Quiet environment and nice leisure places. Beds and pillows so comfy. Spacious rooms. Will definitely visit again

The Southern Sun Hotel is a beautiful hotel with numerous different restaurants. We had great customer service when checking in a little early. They offer free valet parking in their underground parking garage. The morning breakfast buffet has a huge selection of breakfast items from a variety of different ethnicities.

Abu Dhabi is great, we made a good decision to visit this place while on vacation in Dubai. There are many things to do around Abu Dhabi, my favorite are the Ferrari World and The Grand Mosque. This hotel was very friendly and we had amazing experience.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks,this hotel is very well located near Corniche beach,room very nice and clean ,the pool area which is located on 27 the floor is absolutely amazing and you can see some lovely view from the top .The hotel building is quite high and Have the lovely view to Corniche beach.All the Hotel staff very friendly and polite.If I will come back in Abu Dhabi for sure I will be back in this Hotel.And good value for money

i rate this hotel - southern sun abu dhabi as 1 star i book there two days and they wouldnt clean my room for two days also i keep on beg them to send me housekeeper to clean my room after two days , honestly this is very bad hotel with very bad services ,, even for food they are not allow you to order from outside restaurant , should you go down from your room to serve your self pick your food if you order from outdoor hotel , also i check the menu in this hotel to order a dinner , they offer you all strangers food,, i have very bad experience and i will never go there again even this is the last hotel in abu dhabi,, i prefer to go paragon hotel in madinat zayed 3 star hotel have better service than this 4 star hotel ( southern sun abu dhabi )

Absolutely amazing hotel! We are staying in an executive room which is just beautiful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! Housekeeping is on point! Skybar bartenders are hilarious, and the evening barista in the downstairs lobby makes an amazing moccachino.

We are in this hotel because our airline was a delayed and we miss for our second flight to Berline (its airline mistake). So, we have a no pay accomodation in Abu Dabi ;) hotel looks so great. There is a pool and customer service is on hight level.

Überaus reichhaltiges sehr ansprechendes Frühstücksbüffet auch hier sehr aufmerksames, zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen, dass arabische Speiserestaurant. Ebenso auch der Poolbereich, wo man stets bemüht ist, dem Gast und seinen Wünschen nach zu kommen. Kurzum, ein Hotel das ich jederzeit gerne wieder besuchen und auch weiter empfehlen kann.
