We stayed for five nights recently. Wonderful experience, highly efficient, effective and professional team. Great breakfast spread. My daughter enjoyed selection of ice cream!! Rooms were big and spacious. Location is great. We also admired city view from our room. We do look forward to visiting again.

We stayed for one night, and we had a wonderful experience! Everything from the Check in to the Check out was done smoothly and efficiently. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating to any needs we want. What we also liked about the hotel was the location! Perfect distance to AlWahda mall. Fortunately the swimming pool has temperature controlled. looking forward to our next visit!

Dont Deserve even a star. This Hotel dont have AC, All Rooms minimum Temperature 23oC & It remains hot. Their AC system dont have a Compressor its just a chiller unit which doesnt suit hot countries. Their night manager is totally incompetent & wasted our time from 11pm to 2am without giving us any solution. Totally incompetent staff & the worst Marriott hotel I ever stayed at. "Dont be fooled by the room size because without AC whats the use of the room"

This Eid I had the opportunity to celebrate the auspicious occasion with Marriott Downtown in Abu Dhabi. The Marriott Downtown is luxury 5-star hotel that part of the Marriott Hotels group and is situated in the heart of Abu Dhabi. This was handy for me as it’s right next to the Abu Dhabi bus station and Al Wahda mall.Check-in was a breeze.The hotel has got everything you need when you’re staying in a city like Singapore; a nice pool for relaxing and cooling off from the city heat, well-equipped gym, luxurious spa and selection of restaurants to eat in. The thing that I liked the most about the room was the bed. Honestly speaking, it was probably the most comfortable bed that I had slept on in the last month or so. I’m always particular with the pillows. I’m not one to use a layer of these when I sleep so it’s important to me that the one that I put on my head is just fluffy enough and Marriott’s pillows certainly do not disappoint in this aspect. But in case one needs extras, there’s a couple stored in the cabinets. Disposable slippers were also provided.The mini bar comes stocked with all your favorites. They also provide tea and coffee making facilities. They also give you plenty of free water bottles which are an absolute necessity!I just loved the bathtub! So modern. It was huge as well, perfect for a long soak. Their shower features a giant rainshower head.My room stay came with breakfast buffet. Priced at 200++ AED per head, it is probably one of the best hotel breakfast buffet in town. For the price, the food was of good quality. They had fresh fruit juices which was a pleasant surprise as some 4 or 5 star hotels don’t even offer these. Aside from these, other items that one would expect to have for the first meal of the day – such as eggs, cereals, sausages and salads – are also available. It was a wonderful staycation indeed. Cant wait to go back again.

The hotel is centrally located, the city view is awesome, the rooms are beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food at the outdoor pool bar is excellent, not so much in the main dining area.

It is a very nice looking hotel. However, as a guest to one event at the Central Grounds, one Moroccan waitress mocked me in Arabic to one of the other guest after I spotted that she was trying to make me pay for an order they omitted to deliver. I am western but do speak Arabic and caught her right away stating I speak Arabic, and rather than apologizing she just continued with her disdaining attitude. I felt really embarrassed in front of the people and moreover shocked by that lack of professionalism. As a platinum SPG member, I start questioning whether the acquisition will impact the quality of service of SPG hotels in the long run. Thankfully the group cheered me up and other staff members came to apologize on her behalf. I will be filing a complaint against her.

Stayed there last night! They got nice lobby.. the staff in the front desk seems nice. Room was all neat and the shower area.. yes the shower area, the very first thing i looked for!It was big almost the size of my room lol. I kinda check around everything inside the room.. forgots to take pic of the vault tho inside the wardrobe.. was amazed to see a little fridge below the cupboard lol

This hotel is barely new just 3 months old. I love the interior! So modern. About the Food, i have tried the buffet breakfast and dinner at kuzbara..many selections of food and it was quite good. Hotel room is big and comfy.

Slick and modern hotel, but lacking some of the guest-friendly details of its smaller sibling hotel The Courtyard by Marriott WTC. The room lighting is a bit illogical and the beds a bit too firm for my liking. Lovely bathrooms and views though and the rooftop pool area is great.

Marriot Downtown Hotel Abu Dhabi has a great location next to Sheikh Khalifa Medical City and across the road from Al Wihda Mall, Rooms are spacious and new, Service is great, The hotel hosts one of the best 2017 cafe nominees where i used to get my morning caffeine shot " Central Grounds " Night rate is fare against the service. Almost 10 Minutes drive from Galeria Mall & Marasy Al Bateen The "it" place in AD. Highly recommended to anyone staying in the downtown

The staying in Marriott hotel was excellent and very pleasant for us. I liked the location very much. The staff everywhere were very nice and polite. At the reception Mr Haytame and the manager Ms Erit were very professional and they did their best. We liked the breakfast very much in Kuzbara. Velocity bar is an excellent place to have a drink. The staff were excellent especially Philip and Oxana. I Would definitely recommend your hotel

I booked through Marriott hotel website and I do full payment also members of loyalty. When arrive they told me must wait because no rooms available right now and check in 3pm and check out 12pm, my request early check in. but walk to reception and they now them they get room easyway. Am not recommended to anyone who looking for comfortable stay and easy check in. Many hotels just one step better than Marriott brand. More options gives and values for you. Same price could you stay at AL Etihad twors, prefect location, comfortable and respect staff.

-The reception guy I think hes "Indian" is so rude for a receptionist work, they took all of the mini bar of my room because I didnt got cash for a deposit, however he didnt accept debit card, or charge me when check out! -Expensive rate with no Free Wi-Fi ( you have to be a member to got free Wi-Fi) so I took the membership and the same guy miss spilled my name and I couldnt connect to the Wi-Fi
