This villa was amazing. It was one bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room. It was equiped with a full kitchen with dishes for you needs. Although we ate the restaurants in the resort, the choice to stay in and cook our own food was nice. Grocery stores where within a five minute drive. The staff was exceptionally helpful and made our stay an enjoyable one.

Amazing experience. The service was off the hook. Pension was totally worth it. Every night a new theme and seemingly improved quality. Recommend to do a package with the wine and beer. Our son loved the water park near the beach. Location and view of our room overlooked the Zayed Mosque. If you have kids the employees played with and entertained our son. Great experience. Go for it.

Good hotel with friendly staff. Sky bar package gives you access to Sky Bar with unlimited food and drinks which is a really good deal. Housekeeper did throw away an almost finished medicine strip which I left on the night stand, this caused us some stress. The swimming pool is nice and we always managed to get good spots around the pool. Within the resort food and drinks in the different restaurants and bars are expensive. The rooms were spacious.

Its the Ritz. What more do you really need to know? The service is peerless, the food is excellent, the rooms are amoung the best in the business. My only real complaint is the beds are a bit softer than I like, but I have that problem at most hotels. Definitely spend the extra to get access to the club lounge. Very worth it.

This was my second stay at the Ritz in the last two months. As with my first stay, everything was great. Ive had Executive Lounge privileges both times, and have been treated like royalty by the staff. Dyana, Julia, and Carolina have been exceptional in their customer service. As a Business Traveler, the sanctuary of the Ritz has been welcome after a day in the sun. The rooms, restaurants, and gym are first class. Id definitely stay again.

Location is excellent right of the highway and opposite to the Grand Mosque. Airport is a 10 minute ride away which is convenient for out of town travellers like myself. Luckily enough the Grand Mosque is still a distance away as to not wake you up in the early mornings. Service is good and every hotel support staff greets you with a smile. One grip I have so far is if you request room service or routine things like asking for extra water in your room it take a unusually long time which I have personally witnessed. Things take their own leisurely time till they get to you. Lastly if you are on the marina side be prepared to hear jetskis flying around all day. The sound still comes through even though my room is quite high up and distant away. Overall while I have stayed in quieter and more upscale hotels, Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi is a great travellers choice for either business or pleasure.

This amazing resort would have been flawless if not for two short falls: a sub-par beach and no options for lunch. Having said that, the facilities are top notch and you can walk to the Venetian Village of you really wanted to eat lunch in the vicinity. Would recommend and visit again. I enjoyed afternoon tea at Alba, a quaint tea room on the first floor with a good selection of teas and a lovely relaxed ambience.

Its the Ritz; does it get any better? From the start, I felt completely out of place because this was by far the nicest hotel I have ever been in. The staff was incredible in their helpfulness and friendliness. The rooms were incredible and the pool was a welcome break from the heat of the day. The restaurants in the hotel are what you would expect from a luxury hotel of this caliber; usually overpriced for the quality of food, but it is more about the experience, and they did not disappoint. Whether it was the live DJ in the Asian restaurant or picking your knife and learning its history at the steakhouse, everything was extraordinary and posh.

We checked into the Ritz Abu Dhabi while attending a conference about two months after they opened the doors. The reception was Ritz welcoming and efficient with much of the staff in costumes of some sort. After five nights there we found a number of elements worthy of comment. 1) In general the facility is great - pool, dining, patios and so on were wonderful. There are some quirks such as no electrical outlets for hairdryers in the bathroom but overall pretty well thought out. 2) The Club floor was wonderful. Great staff, an array of food and beverage offerings, and probably the best view away from the Grand Mosque that can be had. My Excellent rating of the Service stems from the Club Floor who earned triple points to offset the speed of restaurant noted below. 3) Food service at the restaurants is bound to improve. Its decent but time isnt necessarily a priority. Perhaps its the local culture.

Most outstanding facilities, beautifully decorated, and spacious, lavish chandeliers, carpets and marble flooring. Luxury at is finest. My only complaint was the loud Indian wedding taking place during my stay and an annoying fire alarm that went off several times around 1AM that awoke me with a startle. I mentioned to the staff but they were as surprised as I was about this alarm. Very friendly and courteous staff, always tried to meet customers needs. Thank Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi. I intend to return. Im sure the wedding and the alarms wont be a concern next time. :-) Nelson Stephens
