Misiou MTheres adequate vehicle parking. Lines are very long. There are a equate facilities and also adequate staff, but turnaround tiles are long. In the waiting area for testing, male and female is separated. It would be nice if I could wait together with my husband. If there could be a small area allowed for families.

In some time of year it knows to be crowded, and dates for practical exams can be looong. Tip, when you get a date for practical test you can reschedule it trough MOI app and get new one much earlier. ✌

Anwar Al HashmiGetting regular appointments is really difficult.Unless you pay an extra 1000 dirhams then you can avail the services, its all about money. You are told to return and try to get the appointments after few days and you are not told excatly when.Transportation to/from the centre in Musaffah is a NIGHTMARE. They hurriedly ask you to 100 dhs for the service, but when you nedd to utilize the transport you are told aht you require to book 2 days in advance!!!! how can one book a transport when the driving appointments are not known!! Its all about MONEY,

Archi MneVery good service. The only thing that they can improve is speed of dates. I finished my theory part within two weeks but then I was waiting around 2 months for driving test part. I was having driving licence from my country so I finished everything within 3 months. If you need to do all from beginning you will need even more time. When you open file first go into this building second floor, then for next part they will send you to another building which is near to this one. So basically you can finish everything with these two buildings.

Rafi.A MohammedI really feel that they should do something to cope up with the massive number of applicants. My experience is pathetic. I came here morning 7:30, opened new book, went to school to clear rest of application...after the long queue i reached desk,received applications,filled everything, took photo copies as they demanded, when returned back to submit they said its closed due to long queues. Told to come before 8pm. I returned to office at Abu Dhabi and gave another excuse and rushed back by 4:30 pm..heavy traffic..slow bus.anyhow i reached by 6 pm... THEY REJECTED ME.....They say payments are only upto 6 pm. I tried to convince that its they said to come this time..no another leave from office...all fell in deaf ears.. Come another day...nice experience

MrSupermanrocksthe way they treat you is negative , once you enter there you will feel the negativity , its like entering a dungeon,AND there is no wifi for the costumers which makes this place more boring they make you wait a lot doing nothing and sometimes they reject you the place can be improved a lot .

Neruda A.M.Very Good approach by Reception and counter people. They gave lots of suggestions to book the classes. Theory Class instructors are really very good and full dedication. Among them two well experienced instructors class were amazing. In Practical Training, Instructors were friendly and giving more practical tips on driving. Now I have completed my Practical training from Area 1 to 5. Looking forward for my Tower classes.

netfreak9I did a PEP test, which is a Personal Evaluation test for Motorcycle with them. I have been a rider for the last 20yrs and owned multiple types of motorcycles throughout my riding years. This place Emirates Driving Center in Musaffah is the perfect example of "My way or the highway". They do not listen to what their customers want as they know they have a monopoly and you cannot go anywhere else. The motorcycle evaluation test contains of you doing 4 things which are never explained properly: (They test you without telling you what theyre looking for, unfair) 1) Crawl the motorbike at less than 4kmph 2) zig-zag inside the cones 3) Fast pace run for 100mtrs 4) figure 8 and circles. The instructions given to you by the evaluators are extremely unclear and sometimes not heard through the sweaty, smelly helmet youre wearing. Although I did pass the test, the examiners lack every aspect of normal standard behaviour. Unprofessional !! Thankfully I will never have to see them ever again.

Bassil MohammadVery poor service. Long que with no sufficient staff. Only the security guys are more than enough. 15 desk to service people but only 4 or 5 working. I waited my turn for 3.5 hours just to book appointment. This is a total waste of time and no value of the considerable amount of money paid for the services! I was surprised that this is in UAE.

Lahdan AlqubaisiI am a VIP customer, although Im still struggling with regular customers and regular receptions. I paid a lot of money to finish my classes in a matter of months, but in this company I might stay for a whole year. Waiting in line for 40 minutes and waiting for my number to pop up for 2 hours is really nerve racking, why dont you have full time workers?

People pay a large amount of money to get their licenses and EDC cant even provide a better and more efficient service for its customers. p.s. Currently waiting on the phone to speak with a customer representative. I have been on queue for 2 hours and 40 minutes and then the voice automated call said "They were unable to process my call. Try again later."
