Arya P SThis is to inform all moms staying near mussafah d mbz city ....PLZ DONT GO TO AHALYA HOSPITAL MUSSAFAH PAEDIATRIC DEPARTMENT especially to meet Dr sudheer ......my 1.5 yr old baby was suffering from cold d runny nose I went to this hos on April 28 d I got appointment for this Dr he gave me one syrup d two nasal spray d told if it is not getting reduced meet after 5 days.....again I went to meet him on 4 th may becoz my babys cold didnt get reduce d also cough started ....I told all symptoms my baby was showing d he told me to go for x-ray ...after examining x-ray he told there is no problem just continue the med which he gave d prescribe for a new nasal sprays.....d if it is not getting reduce meet him after 5 days......on 7 th may my babies cold become fever ....with that severe cough d high temperature was also there ......so I decided not to go to same hospital ....I went to LLH d met Dr sridevi.....because of this high temperature d fever she did a thorough check up d find small infection in blood ....now after taking Dr sridevi s med my baby feel better ...d recovering ......I saw another mom with her baby in LLH who faced same issue becoz of this Ahalya hospital treatment ... So I strongly requesting all mothers PLZ DONT GO TO AHALYA HOSPITAL MUSSAFAH.......

Biren Dhamiyep ! infrastructure is good but I really upset with Dr. Anil night shift ENT surgeon , receptionist told me he will come at 5 pm but he came at 6pm. then I went to meet him ... I start saying 2/3 words ..but he start writing without listening my whole symptomes ... he gave me 200 Diram medicine some of them are really useless ..I asked another physician he told me some medicine is not need to me ... so I found that he is careless mad doctor ... I want to do my nose surgery but I will not visit that doctor now .. he dont care seriously about patient health ..

vysagh shanmughanDoctors are good but extremely poor administration patients and by standers need to wait for hours, even after consulting the doctor I am staying here for bloodcheck now without any reason, I am not in a queue nobody is here to do that very very bad experience

Shaman AlsharouTHE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY WHOLE LIFE! IT WAS REALLY A NIGHTMARE! I arrived the Emergency on Saturday night with my daughter who is less than 2 years old with very bad symptoms ( her eyes were flipped, her lips are blue and her face is pale). The first thing they were asking for like crazy at the EMERGENCY is the INSURANCE CARD!!! so that they make sure they get their money before anything else. The (So-called-doctor) checked her and he said it is most probably something related to her Neurological System and that an EGG is needed but their specialist will arrive in 20 days. I asked if he know any hospital that has such test, in the beginning he said I dont know, then when I was almost begging him, he said you may check Burjeel. I was asking if they could offer any help to check with the hospital before I go there to save the time but he said NO we cannot do that. He said we have to do some other tests, and recommended that we spend the night in the hospital. (just recommendation, and he said it is not necessary at this stage. At this stage I was very sure that it is just to get as much money as they could before they let me go, because he did not explain anything about such "TESTS" and how are they related to her case). I of course agreed because I dont want to risk my daughters life for any money, but I asked if they can give me the result over the phone. He said no, I am here only until 10:30 pm and the test results will need 4 hours so you have to come and know the result. I was asking if they can just give me a brief explanation over the phone ( like she is fine or not, nothing more) because my daughter was crying and she wanted her mother, but the doctor refused. I ended up shouting to get my daughters insurance card and ID so that I can go to another hospital. I am going to report this to the Ministry of Health of course because I am quite sure that the hospital management wont do anything.

anil paulOne of the worst hospital in abudhabi. I consulted one surgeon and without explaining the after effects he had done the surgery for me. Due to that i was forced to be away from my office for one week without prior information to my office.And another experience is that consulted paediatrician for my child. They had taken the throat swab sample for the rapid test and culturing. Initially they told around two hours for the rapid test and 3 days for the culture test results. But even after one day also they were unable to give the result and when i asked about that they were telling to wait for another one more day for the rapid test result. And they informed me that they are doing the test in some outside lab.multi speciality hospital without a laboratory seems to be strange. And also the staffs are not supportive. Poor service.So i decided never to go to ahaliya hospital again. And i also want you people to be aware of that.

Rajesh George StephenThis is the worst hospital i have ever come across. I had serious issues like important test reports missing, hospital staff telling lie about insurance approval and tried conniving extra money from me, tried discharging my newborn baby with a doctor reviewing her condition, incompetent lab and nursing staff giving false promise about getting the result of pertusiss test for my new born but in reality i didnt get the report even now (after 25 days), unprofessional peadiatrician advising discharge of patient after the treating doctor returns from off after 3 days etc. They have the worse customer care department. When i complained this to their operations director Dr. Bhuvan, he gave me a stupid reply after 48 hrs of investigation that all my complaints are untrue and there was only a hospitality gap. That is the quality of their operations director. So general public, beware of this unprofessional hospital. You are betting on your health and safety. !!!!

humera NaseerI went to the hospital for the gynecologist,only one doctor is thr who keeps herself busy in rounds and checking old patients taking long time.we went at 8am and waited till 11am got frustrated and left .They dont know how to manage the patients.
