The Staff are super friendly and helpful. They took care of my dogs during my time away for almost 3 months. The veterinarians were soo good with my dogs for the first time they arent afraid when they go to the clinic. I have also had them groomed they did an excellent Job. One stop place made my life so much easier. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend it. I saw quite a few one and two stars i find it insane!

Im a volunteer in Cloud9 and I go there almost daily. The services they provide are top quality and their prices are reasonable. All staff members are friendly and series about their work. The groomers are so precise, so much so the costumers often tell me to tell the groomer that the haircut looks fine and he does not need to further make it equal. They handle the pet as its their own. The place is always cleaned after every session. I used to fear dogs, but the dog trainer Mehdi taught me a trick into getting over it and I did. Now, whenever I volunteer dogs would run to me and I have no problem. After, handling cats with Eugene my family and I adopted one cat from cloud9 and I adopted two other cats as well. In short, you can trust Cloud9 wether youre in for a Vet appointment, grooming service or if youre keeping your pet for a couple of days. I say this from experience, Ive been volunteering for almost 4 months and I take my cats there for grooming and medical care.

The team are welcoming and friendly. My dog penny absolutely LOVES cloud9. The vets are fantastic and prices are very affordable comparing to other veterinarians. Great place to take your pet for grooming or checkups. There is a nice grass area in the back that your pet can walk around in if there is a wait. They also have a good selection of pet supplies.

Cloud nine pet hotel has been a second home for our pets for almost 4 years. They have been nothing but welcoming and gracious to us. We have watched them grow and expand their services, and it has been a pleasure of ours. We trust them with our pets both for daycare and boarding (when we travel). The owner has been a friend of ours and it is incredible to see how passionate she is about her business and pet care. Left our Pomeranian here for 2 weeks, found out he had worms, they gave him medicine, and treated him great! Dogs would be able to socialize with other dogs if they were healthy. They have great things for to buy for your pet as well!

I have gone there many times for the grooming, and it was properly done. They are okay. However, the vet there is the most unprofessional one that I have ever seen. I was charged a lot without consent for the additional test or the injection. And at the end, my pet was given some medicine without even the proper diagnoses. If you do not want to be overcharged and want your pet to recover quickly, suggest to go to another more professional clinic, this is not the place to consult with.

Great place, i love that the staff knows all of their "hairy" clients by name. If i pass by and want my dog to play with the day care dogs, he is always welcome to pop in for 10 minutes which makes him very happy. The trainers know what they are doing and are always willing to give an advise if needed. I dont really like the genaral kennels and find them quite pricey and small. Thats why i give 4/5.

WORST experience ever!! Please do not leave your pets alone during grooming! They have an Indian guy who has absolutely no idea how to treat cats! My cat was terrorized today he put a leash on her neck and she was choking I had to interfere and push him in order to calm my cat! I cant imagine how he wouldve treated her if I wasnt there!! I highly do not recommend.. very unprofessional!!! I even asked to speak to the manager about this issue and he did not even bother to speak to me or to apologize...

We have several pets and have tried the veterinary and grooming services at other "top rated" pet clinics in Abu Dhabi. They fall incredibly short of Cloud9. Never in my lifetime as a pet owner, have I encountered a staff as compassionate and caring as the Cloud9 staff. The owner, Afra, outside of being an extremely generous and understanding person, lives and breathes pet care and animal rescue. The manager, Mornay, answers your call day or night, whether your dog has a broken nail or a true medical emergency. The vets, Dr. Deb and Dr. Yousuf, treat their patients with such great respect and attention. They work as a team, and are also both extremely knowledgeable doctors and treat pet life with as much sensitivity as human life, if not more. My lab, Bella, was recently hospitalized for pancreatitis, and I never expected such a great level of care, not only for my dog, but for my feelings and concern, as well. The nurses, especially Kenneth, are great respresentatives of Dr. Deb and Yousuf. On the practical side of things, pricing at Cloud9 is extremely competitive, with significantly lower prices than their competitors. Cloud9 really has it all.

I have been taking my dog for daycare since he was a puppy and he has been to many places as we moved. Most places I have been to Ive been very happy with, unlike this daycare. Unfortunately cloud 9 is the only daycare in Abu Dhabi so I have no choice but to take my dog here. Im disappointed in the services and feel every week there is a new policy and more money to pay just for my dog to play. The service is slow and unwelcoming, especially from reception. I appreciate that there is an on sight Vet (who is very good) and grooming. However I feel there is definitely a bit of a money grab going on and front end services need to improve.
