Took my 6 year old MacBook to these guys YAS MALL they said they will not take care above 5 year old any Mac then i found a name on google Computer Gallery Apple repair with 02-6788144 i call them, done with all my mac book logic board fix and replaced my old hard drive with a new SSD drive would speed up the performance. They answered all my questions and assured me of same day service. They were as good as their word and after working with the new drive for a few days I am extremely happy with the result. Thanks for the excellent service.

Unbelievable disgraceful service. I went to fix my Iphone at 10:05. there was already 30 people lining for service. 10 minutes after when I finally reach the guy he tells me that all this time was just to book an appointment and that they will call me back in a few hours to go back and solve the issue...... I have no words to describe. I think Apple is just conducting a human test to see for how long will people continue to buy their products despite the terrible service they receive......

This place is a facade, the management and staff seems fake and unhappy. Theyre pretending to be happy while they waste so much time. I wouldnt say apple is bad but its very time consuming and every customer inside seems very sad and exhausted from their bad treatment. I hope apple store Abu Dhabi could do something to improve their system and the staff should be treating empathetic

Is it possible to give 0 stars? Went yesterday, but sadly there was no one available to sell me an iPhone, no joke, when I asked if I could buy one, not asking for any help, just wanting to buy one, I was told that other people were waiting and that someone would be free to help me soon. There were people just wandering around with products in their hands and no way for them to actually buy them. Totally bizarre. After a while I tapped someone on the shoulder and said Ill just go to another store and he said "ok". So off I went to another electrical store in Yas next to the cinema, they had all the Apple products on display, helpful staff and they were able to sell me one (they even had an innovative counter where people queued up to pay for things) to top it off they gave me a free VR headset! So in a way Apples loss was my gain.

Nice display & super location. But the staff very slow. Even they dont bother to deal with customers sometimes. Busy in their own world. I went there to buy Mac book pro that I already have decided, just to pay. But the way they responded, I was disappointed. Secondly the Advisor info was so confusing that I cancelled my program to buy. Need a lot improvement. Even super market guys are more familiar than advisors available in store.

This is utterly nonsense place . How can any one give this place 5 star rating ? Stuffs are rude ! Speak meaningless ! They talk about waiting 4 hours just to let us know the problem ? With out appointment they feel like president of country and dont entertain ? Is it Apple ? Today I am disheartened ! And I suggest please please and please dont waste your time to visit there . Repair time ??? 2-3 weeks with no replacements huh ! And trust me you can visit Dubai shops during weekend and your job is done !

Nice shop/showroom for Apple products, but took 45 minutes just to get one of their staff to bring out a phone I wanted to buy. Despite me telling them as soon as I walked in which one I wanted. Secondly wanted to replace a damaged screen on another iPhone, told to "hang out" and wait 2-3 hours to drop off the phone and then within 3-4 hours it would be done. I couldnt believe they were actually serious. I like the product very much but the retail experience is downright poor. Wish I had just bought it from SharafDG now.

My iPhone 6 Plus wont update even when I plug up my phone to my Mac and it keeps crashing. I use it for work and business and its frustrating. I go to the store to see if they can help and Im told its either a 4 hour wait or make an appointment which is 13 days away. Wow! This is not the typical customer service that Im use to with Apple but it may be a time for a switch.

Great store, used to have great service not anymore. The slowest Apple Store I have ever been too. Online reservations does not work. In store reservations and waiting list for 3-4 hours, not guaranteed. Even looking at other service vendors that are trained by Apple or booking for the next possible appointment with the In store staff took 20 minutes because their network doesnt work. I went to the alternative service provider directed by the apple staff, and the place is permanently closed. I wasted all my morning. Its Apple Store, you grow, you need more knowledgable staff and a better network.

It is absolutely waste of time. How a big brand like Apple doesnt have more technical people in there store ? In my case I need to fix my phone screen, Once you reach the store, you have to make an appointment to see the technical. That will take 3 to 4, after that the technical will check the phone and will decide if it is possible to be fixed or not. If it is possible, you will wait another couple of hours or till the next day to receive your phone ... Lovely .. Moreover, their store is 45 mins - 1 hour away from Abu Dhabi town centre ... so if you decide to go their be ready to waste your entire day. Its really disappointing. Ive been an apple user/customer for years because of the quality and service they offer but after this, wasting people time for 4-5 hours is not a good/quality service.

Not even one star ... I was really upset because of the technician was very rude with us. I took an appointment one week ago , when I reached their I waited for 45 min in order to get one technician . Below are the points which I didn’t like on the behaviors of the stuff : 1. I was trying to log of my I cloud ,but no idea why it didn’t allow me , she was standing beside me , while I need her assistance she was talking to her friend about her hair color and her husband 2. Also I was asking her for assists ,she totally told me ( can I serve another customer while you’re trying ) 3. This is not the first time , my sister also faced the same issue ,she makes everything difficult. But my sister requested another technician to help her in her issue also my brother with the same person As Apple Store they need to assists us in this kind of issues , my issue was only fixing screen, but sorry to say that I have been different apple store around the world (LA ,NY , london and China ) , the treatment and dealing with customers was pleasing

Not sure why there are such bad ratings for this store. I have visited on a few occasions and eachieve time I have recieved excellent service. Having a specialist background and knowledge of the customer service industry I feel that I am qualified to provide feedback on how good this stores customer service levels are. Highly recommended.

يوفر متجر ابل خدمة تغيير شاشات الهواتف المكسورة بسعر 469 درهم او استبدال الايفون بأخر جديد بمبلغ 1100 درهم يتوجب عليك زيارة المتجر الساعة العاشرة صباحاً لاخذ موعد مع الفني بعد حوالي ساعتين الى ثلاث ساعات و عند وصول موعدك المحدد سوف يقوم الفني بالجلوس معك و شرح الصيانة اللازمة و يستغرق استبدال شاشة او بطارية ساعتين تقريبا
