Omar AlQassimiIncredible rip off. Most of the reviews (>50%) are rigged; mainly posted by Indian staff. Something as simple as changing the gear oil can cost you north of 5k (my last experience with them). Their approach of fixing a car is generally to replace all possibly malfunctioning parts, rather than the optimal trial and error approach. They are 20-30% cheaper than the agency but do not provide any sort of guarantee although they make you pay for possibly non faulty spare parts and additional labour. Most of the spare parts quoted are at least 100aed more expensive than the market. Dear fellow locals, if you do decide to go with them and your comfortable paying 2-3k for minor issues, kindly do your homework, take their diagnosis, use your chassis number to verify the spare parts prices and take your car to another garage for a quote comparison. Drive safe and pay intelligently

Ahmad AlAbbadiI have to admit that they seem to have a good engineering staff over there, and they seem to know what they are doing, I loved everything at the beginning, until I had to experience an after sale incident. My car had a small dent at the door caused by the shop, which I have noticed an hour after I left the shop and I called immediately to report it, they agreed as per the service report that dent was not there, they made me drive all the way to their shop to simply tell me you have already received your car and we cant help you!! I would expect from such a shop to treat a client who just paid 8,000 fixing his car differently, I expect at least a kind of nice attitude towards the incident, I am sure the dent wouldnt cost more than 200 but still they have chosen to lose a customer for it, that raises a big question mark in my opinion.
