    Very bad service...not wash properly.They not care the customer. Very bad service dont do service there... My name is Abu Mohammed. I am from Abu Dhabi UAE. I like Hyundai cars especially my car, its Hyundai Elantra(because of its design). I bought this in June 2015 and they told its 2016 model. I bought from Fujairah it is northern emirate of UAE. It got on offer that is 40000 km free service. and 100000 km/5 year warranty. Now in topic I got all free service and in this free service my cars A/C compressor gone they replaced and its clear and now I moved to Gayathi(530km/more from Fujairah). Yesterday (13-July-2017) I traveled from Gayathi to Abu Dhabi on the way my cars A/C has gone again, now here the weather is 50 to 55-degree Celsius hot. I went to Abu Dhabi Mussaf-fah service station with sweat and wet condition, they received my complaint and I told my situation I am new here I am from far I want my car today and they put my complaint on urgent list then I went outside, this happened on 8 30 AM I called them again on 1 Pm they told all are on lunch break call me later , I called again at 2 PM they told we dont have parts so your car will get on after 10 days. I shocked and I went there they are misbehaving to the customer. And then I check with manager that time he check the complaint, I told him every year my A/C has complaint now the car 70000 km after the warranty(after 100000km) may be next month or next year its happening again who will cover, why every year A/C is complaint on Hyundai, my friends car (Toyota) over 5 or 8 years they dont have any complaint even they not make service in authorised showroom I am always with you how we can drive with out A/C like this climate. Then he checked with the staff he told parts available that time he tried to check the complaint then they told now the office is closing time. I told I want to go back like this far distance so give the replace car he does not care my talk. Here the Hyundai service station is very very bad if its happening again I will keep his car on the service station and I am going to publish this on social medias and will make a complaint to consumer court about the car and Hyundai service. Before I recommend and fight with people about Hyundai cars but now in front of them, I am ashamed. So you please give me solution for this and every year I cant change A/C. Please check on google about Hyundai service in Abu Dhabi Mussaf-fah showroom or others you can see too many complaints, Please followup my complaints and like me too manys. How people can believe Hyundai even they believe how they can buy because of the behavior of service stations like this.

    Its not possible to get anyone to answer the phone at the service center and if they do they tell you to call another number. I have been passed to 4 different people to resolve a simple question yet nobody is able to assist hence i still dont have the answer. I think the cars are great value but the service at the so called "Service" center is well below expectations.

    Disgusting. Worst service Ive ever dealt with! Dealing with them for 3 years now and every single time I need to speak to the service managers and still nothing happens. South Koreas headquarters should know about their image over here starting from service advisors to managers. This will never encourage me to buy again a Hyundai or Kia vehicle. Disgraceful!!

    Disgrace! Very bad customer service. They dont honor warranty. Instead they try to get more of your money. They wait until the car is beyond repair to repair parts under a warranty.

    7 customer counters, and only 2 are working. Ive been sitting for 45 min to give them my car for service . And actually that was my first time dealing with kia motors services. Thats will never happened again. Its a mistake I bought a kia car unfortunately. The bad service i ever seen. No one cares about the customers and the employees are doing nothing. Just walking there and drinking tea.

    WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE. Worse service center ever. Really bad customer service. I called in a week ago asking for an appointment to fix my AC. They tell me that AC is an emergency and I dont need an appointment just walk in at anytime and you will be served. I go there and wait for more than 40min and they keep serving other people because I dont have an appointment. That was exactly why I called before for an appointment because I knew something like this would happen. Extremely bad service not professional at all. No one cares. I tried to talk to the supervisor he did not even bother to come and talk. People behind the desks are doing nothing walking around, going and drinking tea. I am extremely disappointed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE.

    While service is as expected, they are slow and the location is very much out of the way. If you get lucky that there are taxis when you drop the car off is OK..But if not you may wait 15 mins for one to show up, and then you have to navigate mussafah... Never a pleasant prospect.

    I had very bad experience. The prices are way too high. For a simple check-up for a car you need to wait 3 days. I waited 2 hours just to get this information. Change of oil and air and AC filters cost 1800 dhs. You can pick up your car only from 8 to 5 during working hours. If you work and you leave the car there you can pick it up next week. That is silly.

    i had driven many cars in my life visited lots of dealers and repair shop agents I can say that Kia and Hyundai are the optimum choice of cars now days and even the service centers world wide offer a great service

    Dear All I have purchased Hyundai car There is no problem in the car but service in Hyundai UAE is worst . there is only one service centre which is always full and you get appointments at very late dates. Even when you have booked appointment you have to wait a lot to get your number. Also the service center is away from Abu Dhabi in Mussafah which is very far. Regarding quality of service nothing good I found its so crowded with car Iam not sure how much time they spend on attending the car.

    I had a minor accident, i drooped my car to Mussafah Huyndai work shop to get it fixed, i was ignored badly and many clients who came after me were served and i was left behind, i was following the gentleman (Arjen) from place to place to take my car, finally he took it, issue did not stop here, this was last monday Januray 1st, 2016, Arjen promised me to get the car ready today Thursday January 4th, and if not then saturday Jan 6 as a maximum time, i called Arjen today on his mobile and i was surprised when he had no answer on my question, it sounded like no informations about my car and seems that they did not start working on my car at all, after that he called me to inform me that the car will be ready on next Monday, this was very disappointing and he really showed me careless and showed me what is the value of the client, all what i know that Huyndai offers a perfect product and services, but i think that some of the employees who works in Huyndai are damaging badly the image of this nice company, i have to re-think about this matter carefully since i explained that i really need it fixed ASAP and was promised to get it, if you cannot keep promises then do not do...

    Was disappointed in the service. Vehicle was in for almost two weeks. No feedback from the adviser unless I phoned to inquire on the progress. Asked for all spare parts replaced to be kept except oils. Not all parts replaced were kept. Expensive and received the vehicle with grease marks on the steering cover and door.
