Renee De BeerGO at your own risk! I liked the results from the keratin/botox treatments that they did for me on several occasions (especially for the price) but then they started changing the keratin products and the treatment would only last about two weeks. I also had a fiasco with them where I went in with Blond hair and came out with bright orange! I had read that some keratin treatments turn blond hair orange so I went in and asked them if the keratin that they had was safe on blond hair and they assured me ever so confidently that it was, and that I should not worry. So I sat and by the time the stylist was done my hair was an extreme LOOK at me ORANGE, when I expressed my shock the stylist just argued that my hair colour only changed a little and that it was not that bad!! The lady at reception basically told me that It was like that when I walked in (WHAT....ARE YOU SERIOUS) and asked me to pay! No apology, no we are so sorry lets fix it they just offered me a toning product (that would strip the keratin), and told me that I would need to pay for both!! I was in tears as It takes a lot to go from black to a nice shade of blond and I had just recently gotten the perfect shade!! I did not get a sorry nothing, no acknowledgement of the mess up, Nothing! So go at your own risk and only if you have red, black or dark brown hair!
