Ahmad MohdTerrible customer service, the bank keeps accepting customers till 2 pm, after waiting for an hour inside the bank, they couldnt process my request as they claimed that the system was shut down.

Mansoor ALHosaniTheir service is super slow. They dont have sufficient chairs for the customers, if you are unfortunate you will be standing tell your turn comes. This bank doesnt have a sophisticated system that meets the customer satisfaction. I will name this place as "one of the worst banks in town."

Katrina Lauren TacubanThe worse costumer service I have ever encountered. I Opened a business account with them which took months to complete because of broken system. It has vastly affected my business. The process becomes even more slower because aside from the female section being closed, people working in this bank has no clue of how time is so important to most clients, they dont provide the right requirements for clients to bring. Only 2 counters are opened to cater clients. I have been waiting for hours but nobody cared to assist me. This branch needs to get some attention from ADIB management or whoever can resolve their conflicts with costumer service.

Mohammed Al MasriWorst turn system ever... super slow. ADIB customer service has to find another way for client services... an hour wait for your turn is normal and if your not a gold member the machine just keeps you out of turn. Plus you will never know if youll be able to finish your application or you have the right paperwork untill you reach the client service officer.. On the other hand i have to give the guys there credit.. they try to help you and be useful but the wait for your turn is the problem.
