Fatima al hosaniWorst management ever. They never listen to residents concerns and they never act to fix any problem. They are really good at making stupid rules , sending emails and annoying people. They are also very creative in finding ways to get more money from tenants. Thats it!!

Rob SutterWow, I see a lot of fake reviews on here. I currently live at Rihan Heights and will be leaving soon. This place has terrible management that do nothing to solve any problems other than send emails. When you go in to speak with them or make an appointment, you are told by security that, "they are in a meeting." Other tenants do as they want including driving the wrong way in the parking garage or taking your assigned parking spot. Does management care? Not really. They just send an email promising to fix the problem and nothing is every done. The lobby security also do not speak much English and this causes a lot of issues when something as simple as food delivery or guests come visit. The building is falling apart pretty fast even for Abu Dhabi standards. At any given time, one of the elevators are "out of order" causing massive delays getting up or down the lift. The gym has broken equipment that has not been fixed. Seriously, the only thing good about this place is the location. Outside enough from the main city of Abu Dhabi, but close enough that youre still in it. Plus Zayed Sports City is right across the street. I have lived in some dumps in my life back home, but Rihan Heights takes the cake. Any Western expats should avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!
