Mohamed RamadanWhat is good about it? Very Google for residential for families and far away from Abu Dhabi crowded city center. Free parking and easy to find parking for guests. The maintenance service is a very good too. What is bad about it? - Rent is becoming very cost right now compared to Abu Dhabi rent market. - Not offering any services like Kids area, swimming pool, gym,... You just get the apartment and the maintenance service.

marian lotfyI am living here for one year now ,lovely compound and neighbours also carfuerr is just 5 mins walking apartment us very nice specially ground floor ,that what it used to be now very rarely to be cleaned lost our kids bicycle no real security for the place and its higher than any where in the city the only benefit is the free parking but even most apartments have problems with the AC and the toilets!!!
