Moved here September of 2015 and just did a "one and done" only because of the lack of space in the unit. This rating lacking a 5th star does not reflect the service, cleanliness, staff, location, etc. I VERY much enjoyed living here. I had a great view, the staff of every department always went above & beyond as well as emphasized on efficiency. Moving back was something I considered but the prices just remained super high even though that has nothing to do with the building itself. Sadly, the majority of the balconies are about the size of a wardrobe and the semi-closed kitchen is kind of impersonal (yes, I know what country we are in), and generally speaking, the unit just seemed slightly cramped. Other than that, everything went smoothly and issue-free. Small repairs were done in the spot as well as regular maintenance is always announced well in advance. The cleaning crew kicked butt in every regard. Bravo to the resident Federal Properties for their service and support. The location is perfect for shopping and food with the Boutik Mall situated directly across the street. The swimming pool may be small but a respectively perfect size for the community and is always immaculate. The resident gym doesnt have much but it adequate for general fitness and cardio enthusiasts. The parking is typical for the area, but expansive if you have more than one vehicle, since there are always extra spots to use. Realistically, this is the ideal home for singles, couples, or family of 3. Also, its great for food delivery because every driver knows how to get there.
