Apartments facing Shk Zayed Rd are extremely noisy. Plumbing and maintenance problems keep resurfacing. Well equipped and spacious gym.

District Cooling expensive and ACs without auto off? Getting used to aircraft noise... Very nice apartments.

Nice place to stay in, a bit noisy from the road, would be better if there is a small play yard for the kids or if there is a little park, services such grocery, loundary, barber, mosque etc. Hope some of these i mensioned would be available in the coming time.
